This one is a USB microscope, right to your phone just download an app, super simple. I recommend playing around with it on buds that aren't in your tent to get used to the focus dial. Took about 10 minutes total. $30 CAD

Best bet is to get it checked by a skin specialist, if possible.
Also, what I would do is get a small ruler and photograph it semi regularly (maybe write the date on yourself as well so you have all relevant data within the image). The reason for this is to self monitor for size changes.
For best clarity, don't bring the camera right up close to yourself. Cameras have a minimum focal distance, closer and it just ends up blurry. You want crisp, clear photos so you can monitor small changes. Depending on the size, you may want to get a usb microscope to get more acurate closeups of the edges.
