I am a fan of Amy's Pad Thai. The Pat Thai, unlike most of Amy's stuff, is most excellent. I consider it to be as good as the most average restaurant's pad thai. That's saying a lot for a frozen meal.

It is around 3.50 per meal at WalMart. I have eaten 2 of these per day for a week, which is around $7 per day. But when you consider that eating out 2 times / day at a Thai restaurant, it would be at least 25 dollars for lunch and dinner. It's half the cost of subway.

I find myself augmenting it with honey roasted peanuts and Lao Gan Ma chili sauce and sometimes a stripe of Kewpie brand, Japanese mayo or Organic Sky Siri racha. I know these Asian ingredients are unfamiliar, but these are the best of the best, let me assure you.
