I love this question! I don’t love that you have this problem obviously, but I don’t think we talk enough about how to live our lives in spite of SIBO. It’s not a frivolous question at all.
Your French tuck trick could work with fancier dress pants (I’m thinking a cigarette style pant that’s stretchy to accommodate the bloat). Pair it with a fancier blouse (silk or silk imitation; floral print if that’s your thing) and I think that’d be fine for a wedding.
