I LOVE my Surge. Don't forget to pick up some T Shank jig saw blades and the Leatherman bit kit and you're set for just about anything.
I've been carrying my Surge for ~5 years with the bit kit in the leather pouch and it has come in handy too many times to count. At work, at the range, around the house.
Leatherman makes a 'bit kit' that comes with 20 different double sided bits, but I've read that they aren't exactly the best quality metal. I believe other brands make bits out of a stronger material that will still fit a Leatherman, so I'm still doing my research on who makes a better set.
