I'd be interested in matchmaking and/or creating the questionnaire. I studied personality psychology in college and my job involves creating surveys/analyzing data, so I think I could do a decent job of balancing traits to make complementary pairs.

You could use command strips to tack them onto a wall and have whoever's acting as host light them up accordingly.
