I purchased this one from Amazon:

I bought the galvanized container from a discount store, painted the inside blue, then used construction glue (the type used in a caulking gun) to glue the tiles in sections. It took several days.

The copper tubing was mix and match from the hardware store. It splits off into a Y at the base for stability, with the tube from the pump to the spigot being fed through of one of those legs. I have a drip system feed water to the fountain whenever the plants in that zone get watered.

My previous setup also used a Lewisia pump and it lasted for about 4 years. Remember to use some sort of algae control (you can buy long lasting blocks or sludge remover).
