I've got some inexpensive stitched Nordic Lifting straps that I use for high-rep deadlift sets. Nothing fancy, but I've pulled 415 with them without any issue. They definitely help hold the weight (or rather, they help my wrists assist my grip) without any issue. I have no idea how they compare to other straps, but I've been plenty happy with these.
