If you have larger hands, I would suggest Evolutent vertical mouse or MX1100. I love using the MX1100 for BC2
That's not a "real middle button," this is. Obviously those have fallen out of style. I prefer this kind today, the button is actually part of the side grip, you press down on it with your thumb. I could never go back to using the middle now.
