I was thinking of getting one of these to tide me over back when I was frustrated and struggling with writing the software for my machine.
Was looking for something similar myself - something I could use to hold a dildo/vibe for prostate massage without having to bend or twist to insert (bad back).
Found a couple of inflatable Liberator clones here and here that might serve that purpose, though had considered the Lov Bots Pleasure Pole until I realized it wouldn't work with non-Vac-u-lock toys.
Was really hoping to find something that would work with Bodywand + G-Spot vibe, which has a cord sticking straight out of the bottom (so needs more of a "grabby" support than a "loose cylinder with a hard bottom" support so as not to harm the cord) and a slightly-larger-than-I-thought-it-would-be-head (that I'm gonna have to work up to). I'll probably try the 2nd pillow because it's cheap but I'm basically looking for the same thing.
