Headphone stand if he uses headphones. They all do the same thing (Protect headphones from damage), so you basically shop for the aesthetic that hes looking for at his desk. I use the one linked below,

If he doesn't use headphones, then a nice quality chair ($250, if in budget) will be a savior for his back in the long run if he spends significant time at his computer.

I ordered this and then had a bit of buyer's remorse. It looks pretty cheap, and from what I can tell the normal price is only $2 more anyway.
Ended up canceling and picking up the LUXA2 for $29.99. It's not a deal or anything, but it's pretty sexy and matches the HD 598s we all bought perfectly.
