Actually I was wrong, the 38 oz. bag is for the peanut butter M&Ms, the peanut M&M bag is 56 oz.. About 8140 kcals total.
Before you ship out of Biloxi, maybe if you go into port in Thailand. Otherwise, you're out of luck pretty much.

As for Salsa night, look for MRE meal menu #6, and steal as much salsa/hot sauce/sri racha as you can from your room dogs. :D

Also, you're going to need currency of a special kind in any FOB. Have your peeps mail you as many bags of these as humanly possible. Plain, peanut, peanut butter core, rice core, 1,2,3 pound bags, bigger is better.

These you can trade for just about anything imaginable. Oddly enough, these were sort of custom made for military deployments. The MRE versions are total overkill, and just make people even more hungry for the real deal.
We need context.
Fun size bag? Not a big deal.
King sized? Okay, that might be pushing it.
Share/family/party sized? Yeah, you've got a problem.
this one? Okay, I'm just impressed.
