A good tripod. Either a Manfrotto Befree or a Sirui T-025X. Then use the remaining cash on small accessories.
I have this one
At roughly 2 lbs it's light. You can remove the ball head to make it shorter if you need to attach it to the outside of a bag or fit inside a backpack.
The legs are not locking so you do have to ensure you're setting it up properly and you're not overextending the legs as that will cause them to bend and be less stable. Also using the hook to center weight the tripod is a good idea.
