and consider wearing layers. Get the bed elevated up off the floor and insulate under the mattress if possible. I use a standard thermal blanket under my fitted mattress sheet when I make my bed in the winter as I don't trust the thermal pads to sleep on (I've got two tiny dogs who sleep with me... they generate a lot of heat.)
If you get two or three of those Mylar blankets (also sold in sets of 10) you can make a pup-tent over your bed to hold in the heat a tiny bit.

Sleeping in an traditional garage with poor insulation and a concrete floor might actually be colder than just sleeping outside simply because it takes longer for the air to change in that area. So think in terms of sleeping outside and how you'd do it if you were homeless.
