I used to have a set of these. They were horrible. I sold them immediately to some other poor fool. The D-pad was just atrocious, and none of the buttons felt right. Sad... Such potential for awesome.
Messiah Limited Edition Wireless SNES Controllers Super Nintendo. They are like the 3rd party Wavebird of SNES controllers, complete with your legs being able to block the signal. Its got a hand feel similar to the SNES with slightly better ergonomics due to the increased thickness. Also don't be fooled by the d-pad. It's not an analog stick, but rather 4x microswitches under a stick, somewhat akin to the NeoGeo.
These bad boys are probably the only reason I am still playing on original hardware. Wireless controllers are a modern convenience that I cannot live without. That and my wife cat likes to chew through wires when I don't feed it fast enough.
