I got the LED strip light off of Amazon.

I bought 2 16ft led strips from amazon. They were around 16-17 dollars each and have remotes. Do be warned though if you have a tv in your room the radio signals from those remotes do sometimes change the lights colors.

Just like /u/DictatorShadow suggested, I recommend the remote-controlled cheap ones. I have these behind my desk and they look great.

The adhevesive on the strips is strong enough to hold on the sides but the top kept falling off so I added small 3M strips but the lights already come with some plastic retainers for the top.

I wish I had another curio case since their frame allows for a spot to put your lights on.
