These are sports bras, but they're what both I (non-binary/gender fluid) and my FTM boyfriend use.

I am smaller chested, but he is a bit larger and these are his favorites from what he's told me. They work fairly well in my experience with them - and they are easy to double up if that's what you want. They do run a little small, so keep that in mind, but honestly, they've been great for us.
Edited to add: they definitely don't push anything up - especially if you take the pads out. They don't add anything feminine and definitely help flatten, IMO.
I bought this 2-pack of sports bras from Amazon for $10 a few months ago and I'm loving them. I'm usually a 30DD, and the smalls fit fine on me. They aren't too loose, aren't too tight, and feel very comfortable to run in.
