tbh, any epoxy will do for most situations except for hot beverages, but it's definitely not 100% safe as some of the chemicals will still leach. No, they won't kill you but I'd say there is no need to add to the chemicals we are already fed on a daily basis.
Why not get a stainless steel cup and use it as a liner inside a wooden mug, like this one or similar.

I keep finding metal cups, but I don't see any with a lip. I basically want an insert that you can put in a 3D Print to make it food safe and then wash separately. So far I have not found such a thing.
