I really love Mary Ruth’s multivitamin! It’s a liquid and doesn’t bother my stomach even if I haven’t eaten yet. Have tried lots over the years but this has been my favorite!

If you're willing to take a liquid multivitamin, this is the one I use and like. That said, you may not need one depending on what you are eating. I have also tried the My Kind Organics vitamins and was really happy with the products themselves, but the spray cap they use was a little messy and frustrating. Good luck!
