Oh man now I can't wait to get started! So what I'm thinking (right now at least) is I'm going to replace the fender with this kit with a retro tail light. https://www.amazon.com/Motone-Fender-Eliminator-Miller-Style/dp/B01GNOSWQA/ref=sr_1_12?keywords=triumph+fender+eliminator&qid=1563044543&s=automotive&sr=1-12 .

I also might go with some chrome Rizoma turn signals. I like the idea of increasing my visibility but I think I want to stick with the chrome theme the bike already has going. I'm also going to get some lower profile handlebar mirrors, I'm not a huge fan of the mickey mouse ones. And then top it all off with a more cafe style seat in black.

Thanks for the links and advise, it's really helpful. I'll be sure to post pics as I go. Also, I'll let you know if I decide I'd like those turn signals, still planning a bit here.
