everyting is good, but imo i read lots of negative reviews of the gigabyte gpu idk if there true. i would go with the msi 2080 trio 799.99 50 dollars more https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07GHXQTGZ/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_3?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1.
I was worried about that, but just got a price match from Best Buy on https://www.bestbuy.com/site/msi-geforce-rtx-2080-gaming-x-trio-8gb-gddr6-pci-express-3-0-graphics-card/6290654.p?skuId=6290654 vs Amazon https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07GHXQTGZ/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1

I thought it would be the same, but during check out, they did not include Battlefield V nor Metro Exodus. After some researching on Amazon, it looks like that version no longer comes with Battlefield V although it used to. (I didn't bother to check for Metro)

So for this case, BV probably stands for Battlefield V.
So is this one better?

If you really want the MSI Gaming X Trio and can't wait for Best Buy to restock, you can also purchase it on Amazon right now for the same price as the EVGA 2080 XC.
The performance between all three cards as you've seen is pretty similar, but I just want to point out that I haven't had any noise issues with my 2080 FE. At stock settings, the temperatures did cap fairly hot in the upper 70s, but the fan speed also never went past 55%, so I couldn't hear the card over my other case/CPU fans.
Undervolting my 2080 to 1920 Hz @ 875 mV resulted in Afterburner showing a max temperature of only 59C after 4 hours of Assassin's Creed Odyssey, with the fans constant at 41% on the default curve. Under heavier workloads, I saw the temperatures capping out in the 60s - again, with the fan speed at 41%.
Honestly, if you're not going to really OC your card and need to push your fan curve hard, I would recommend you save a few bucks and get the 2080 FE.
Ok since the cpu is decent, i would recommend a better gpu like a 2060 super or 2070 ill post some links on this comment.
2060 super

2070

And this 2080 is just a little bit above your budget https://www.amazon.com/MSI-RTX-2080-GAMING-TRIO/dp/B07GHXQTGZ/ref=mp_s_a_1_2?keywords=2080+trio&qid=1571763541&sprefix=2080+trio&sr=8-2
