They're separate cases with the same design. Depending on where you live. In the UK, each double-play costs about £17, or in America about $17.
The original JP versions are expensive, maybe $60 a film.

Don't start a business; use a torrent or streaming site. It benefits Studio Ghibli the same amount, and has the added benefits of being cheaper and not supporting the pirating industry.

You may not be able to afford them all at once, but at less than $20 per film, they can be great Christmas/birthday presents for years to come. Many people get excited to celebrate when they finally collect the last one.

It is illegal as it breaks copyright law. Depending on the location of the website (and its owners), it could be easier or harder to prosecute.
If you regret your purchase, you should be able to return for a refund based on fake merchandise (if it came from a reputable source). If the vendor refuses and the purchase was made on credit, you can chargeback via your bank.
Sorry for late reply, but I live in the United States. I will link the Amazon pages. I bought all three directly from Amazon and not a third party. Arrietty was the only one out of the five (one being a replacement) that worked and that one as well was bought directly from Amazon.
