Preamps are rarely a bottleneck in setups compared to cartridges and receivers. In other words, you will be better off spending a little less on the preamp and a little more on the receiver/TT/cartridge.
That being said it is your money, and all of the propositions on the list are good options. In my experience NAD is a reputable brand, and if I were you I would check out this model.
I think that it really comes down to aesthetics, features and functionality, as opposed to sound (unless you are a grade A audiophile I highly doubt that you will notice a significant difference between multiple preamps in the same price range).

Do not go too cheap on the preamp man even to start off with. The ART has a good rep fortunately. If you can get a NAD pp2i you would be surprised at the difference and the NAD is $99.

Might seem like a steep initial investment but you will not regret it in the least.
