make it in three square cake pans 8x8 (this was bigger, but it does not need to be) until done at 350, about 30 min. after cooled, freeze them.
frosting is 1 8oz cream cheese package softened with 1/2 stick melted butter and 2 cups pwdered sugar.
we layered it with cake, ice cream, apple pie filling, cake, ice cream, cake frosting.
