No, it's one at best. Reduce is obviously out of the question since you are using a different cup for each drink during the marathon, which is very wasteful. Reuse is not possible since you can't properly wash a paper cup for someone else to use without destroying it. They can't be made of any material other than paper or thin plastic since stronger materials would be a safety risk if someone steps on it. If the cups were thin plastic (they are not in the photo) they could theoretically be reused if the user did not crush them and no one stepped on them. But you would then have to employ someone to wash all those cheap plastic cups. And you can't even recycle the cups unless they are made out of the right material. Many paper cups are coated in wax to keep the water from soaking through which makes them not recyclable. So what's the simple solution to all this? This or a similar product.

Tried the handgrip bottle and it was annoying to run with on a 13 mile run. Now for runs of 10-14 miles I use belt (read: "fanny pack") it's not stylish, but it works and I can carry keys, a phone, and gel easily. I also have a camelbak, but the one I have jostles too much for runs, and it's more water than I need. This is the belt I use.

I've been using this Nathan belt for about a year and it's serving me well. The pouch is at capacity with just a key and an iPhone, though..something to keep in mind if you're lugging around a brick and/or a Samsung Galaxy for Runkeeper. :)

One thing that helps me is wearing less slippery shirts. I never run in just a sports bra, though, so no advice there. I specifically use this belt. It does ride up if I wear something slippery, though.
