I had excision surgery for my endo and still had a lot of remaining pain from adenomyosis (heavy, bloated, bowling ball feeling in my pelvis.) I don't know if this is just helping my adenomyosis, or if it's helping reduce endo pain as well, since I had excision of my endo. But, after surgery, I was incredibly frustrated and in pain all the time. Naturally, I tried lots of different things, including nerve blocks, but nothing helped (nerve blocks I got wore off after a couple weeks). Honestly, I didn't have much hope that something natural could help, and I'm still surprised this helps me, almost a year later. I found that a combination of digestive enzymes and probiotics really helped reduce my pain (not sure how...reducing inflammation is probably part of it, though).
