haha, on a more serious note, try taking some melatonin about 20-30 minutes before bed. That's what I personally take when I can't sleep.

I personally take one small hit before I go to bed every night but if that's not on the table I recommend Melatonin

Though someone let me know you can order something unreleased, and an add-on, then cancel the unreleased later. I figure that's abuse though. And that's bad.

Gunna have to go with this at $7.99 off of my Random Stuff list. Sleep sounds really nice.

You could simply take a melatonin tablet ~20-45 mins. before bedtime. Throw in some magnesium if you like.

I have been told that the best use of melatonin isn't to take it before bed, but rather earlier in the day. I don't know why my doc said this.

Melatonin makes some people a bit groggy in the morning. Some people find that it messes up their sleep cycle, and they wake up during the night. At any rate, you don't need to take it in liquid form.

Those. I take 1 at night when I need to get a good night's sleep. Usually I only need it on sunday night or monday night (after staying up way too late all weekend) and then I'll get in my groove.

Just be aware, when I first started taking these, I had some VIVID fucking dreams. It was scary sometimes.

I've got random add-ons in my food list, as well as a few in other places. These Melatonin Tablets are a huge priority though, since I've been having trouble sleeping and these could help with that. So, if I win, please surprise me, but make the Tablets part of it. :)
