These have been great for me. I take all 3 with breakfast and have no nausea issues. Vegan, soy free, gelatin free, and everything I want in my prenatal. Worth the price IMO
What your doctor meant to say is that you need folate. The form typically found in multis is folic acid but the methylfolate form has been shown to be superior so look for a pill that provides that form. Naturelo has a good one.
Oh crap sorry, I didn't see that you're in the UK! Hopefully you can find something, maybe you can ask at a pharmacy, they should be able to tell you how big the pill sizes are. The other thing you could do is find one that's in powder form in capsules and just open it up and put it in juice. Maybe something like this?
