Theyare a bit more pricey than tape but very convenient and it’s so easy to bring spares along.
I use Nipeze and they work great. I sweat a lot and they stay in place for 4+ hour runs.

Have you tried any of the available products for this issue like Nipeaze? I had similar issues until I used nipple guards, which were noticeable throughbclothing and don't stay on well. I agree with the recommendation for Body Glide. I find, though, that for very long runs and/or very wet conditions, it can be inadequate. In that case, I use NipEAZE.
