Predictions? Halo 5. That's a big duh. Maybe Super Smash Bros U. For Sony, Destiny (the new Bungie game). Forza, of course. Probably FIFA too. Aside from that not really sure.
What would I like to see? X, 100%. Monolithsoft has a history of making good games. Xenoblade Chronicles was absolutely fantastic on the Wii, and now with the Wii U's hardware it will be amazing to see what they can do.
This would be the cheapest game on my list.
