And I also bought black rubber pads to make it all black

I put in some Noctua - NF-A14 that go up to 3000RPM, and they are pretty good but expensive. They are all black with brown on the rubber area where the screws are, and you can swap those out with something like: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B018SOU3UG/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o08_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 might not be what you're looking for. though They sound like a jet engine at full speed which I only ever hit rendering video, otherwise they idle at 750 to 800 RPM at idle, but they do the job of cooling very well.

protip - don't do this. Cheap fans suck, you'll end up paying to replace them in a short while. IMO - avoid RGB and bling, buy quality. Durability and silence.
Noctua fans are legendary for this - a 140mm is $15 on amazon prime https://www.amazon.com/Noctua-NF-P14s-redux-1500-PWM-Performance/dp/B00KF7O58G/ref=sr_1_7?keywords=noctua+140mm+pwm+pack&qid=1570770760&sr=8-7

these anti-vibration pads are sick, $3.50/fan https://www.amazon.com/Noctua-NA-SAVP1-Chromax-Anti-Vibration-Mount/dp/B018SOU3UG/ref=sr_1_3?keywords=noctua+vibration&qid=1570770779&sr=8-3

Np it's also compatible with the vibration dampening NA-SAVP1 corners like these:

https://www.amazon.ca/Noctua-NA-SAVP1-Chromax-Anti-Vibration-Mount/dp/B018SOU3UG

Each corner pack is good for two fans (if you use all 8 corners per fan)
