As for a color I'd really like to try a Nubar like Treasure or a BL but those are pretty expensive so I'm not going to link one.

One promise I made to myself as of February of this year was to not let shit get to me. Whatever happens I take it in, breathe, let myself have a few minutes, then move on. I put on some music (which usually starts off somewhere at semi-depressing I all out I'm about to enter a catatonic state) and usually from there I move myself alone to something more upbeat (Stevie wonder is good for this). I start bobbing my head and doin little mini dances until I really get into it and start smiling. It sounds stupid but it works. Hey btw if I can do anything, even if you just want to vent, I'm all ears.
