The description says h510 in white so not sure how it varies from the h500 but this is $100 with free shipping. It's weird all the others have shipping fees
If you wanted to try it, there's plenty of guides online and on YouTube. If not, that will be perfectly fine as you should be good for most games at 60FPS at 1080p with high to ultra settings.
As for the case, I'd suggest the Corsair Carbide 275R as it's not that much more than your original case. It's pretty easy to build in and leaves ample room for cable management.

Another option is the NZXT H510, it's in the same price bracket and is also easy to build in

Oh, and for the case this NZXT H510 (in my opinion:) looks great. I included the links for black and white version.

Other than those two cases you can still find some amazing looking cases under that price point.
Enjoy!
Here are some other white cases for you
I know it's really basic, but the Fractal Meshify C is what I went with. Great airflow, $95 (bumps up to about $105 with shipping), and looks really nice. Supports up to a 315 mm GPU as well, and comes with 2 stock fans. Here's a link
If you're looking for something a bit cheaper with a bit less airflow, NZXT is the way to go. They make clean looking cases with easy cable management, and the H500 is only like $70. The only problem is that it's rarely in stock, but if you look hard enough you should be able to find one. If not, here's a link to the H510, pretty much the same thing but slightly updated. Link
Would this be a better case?

> Do you think it's worth saving a bit of money and using the same case?
It's really up to you, you can get a decent case for like $70 these days https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07TC76671?tag=pcpapi-20&linkCode=ogi&th=1&psc=1
Fans are cheap and you can literally buy them at any electronic store.
> Same question, but for my PSU.
Should be fine but hardware does fail at some point. For being 6 years old, you should clean it out really well with air or just replace it. Here's a decent PSU that won't break the bank https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07RF237B1?tag=pcpapi-20&linkCode=ogi&th=1&psc=1

I'm not super tech smart but I think the license is tied to the MOBO or CPU? If anything, you can find Win-10 Pro keys cheap
Look at this case too.

I think you should sell the NZXT H510 for local only, it's only 70$ brand new free shipping on Amazon

The NZXT has better looks than most budget cases, and has a really great setup to easily cable manage. I first bought an S340 which the 500 replaced. NR600 seems to have better performance but sacrifices looks and frills. Both benefit from additional fans being added.
I know these are both above $50, but if you keep the case for several years the difference is negligible in the long run.
