That is my juicer. You can't beat this quality and type of juicer for the price. Super easy to clean, too.

sometimes I added beats, but mostly apple/carrot/ginger, oh, and half a lemon.
I'll echo /u/fuelvolts: a blender is not what you want. I bought this juicer in 2013 and have zero regrets. It still works great, is easy to clean, and does a terrific job. You'll want to run the plup through a couple of times to extract all the juice though).
EDIT: If the price seems high: You get what you pay for. A juicer is an investment, and powerful motors cost more. It's worth the extra cost for the longevity and durability.

Yea, it's ridiculous, and if I had a chance to pick again, I would go with a different one, probably an Omega Masticating Juicer, they're similar build quality but leave drier pulp (which for brewing means nothing, but for everything else is nice).
The one I got is indestructible though, I suspect I could juice small tree branches with this thing. The motor is bigger around than a football.
