Do you mean you want a lace top without the cutwork, or a sheer/fishnet mesh effect without the lace pattern?

Edit: None of them quite match what you posted though. I can see even without the cutwork the holes are rounder and more irregular than fishnet, more like a fine irregular eyelet mesh.
Being a bit out of the loop with fashions and brands I'm unable to find an item specifically like that, but if all else fails - I recommend you get tights with a pattern you like and snip the feet and crotch to make an undershirt.
