Looks like the price jumped up to $139 on that model while I was typing this up. Anyway, a few things to inform this decision:
Dappered's notes on this exact watch.
Dappered's notes on this watch with the white face instead.
Dappered's notes on the original Bambino.
Worn & Wound on the Bambino Original
Worn & Wound on the Bambino Vintage
unpopular opinion to follow:
Personally, I don't understand the G shock for every day wear. For going to the gym or sporting activities, sure - but i'd prefer something less...gaudy? for edw.
For a proper adults watch and a really reasonable price point look to Orient, specifically the bambino or mako to get you started.
I've seen men at nicer events wearing g-shocks and it always strikes me as what happens when you tell a child to 'wear whatever you want', you shouldn't be too surprised when they come out of their room wearing a spider man costume.
/2cents.
If you're into a 'chunkier' design, I would reccomend the Suunto Core It's a bit higher than your price range but it's got a more streamlined look, I have one and it's tremendously useful if you're active / outdoorsy.
Orient Bambino.
Orient Bambino is my favorite watch in that price range. There is an all black version too.
Okay, you might like the [Orient Bambino]
Or the Orient Esteem (I like the open heart, so you can see the movement working)
These are both automatic mechanical watches meaning they'll wind themselves and usually only require a service every 10 or so years.
Orient is a division of Seiko and it's a nicely regarded brand
I've been looking for a "vintage" modern looking watch and I decided on the Orient Bambino.
Could you stretch your budget to $180? (link). This Seagull might appeal to you (under 150).
It's an older model. Generally, Orient USA is a good place to buy these (straight from them...always use a coupon code), but they're out of stock on silver/white and silver/black V1 models.
A reseller on Amazon has V1 models, but they're kinda overpriced.
Orient's white dial Bambino is $113, they're usually $140-$160 in other colors.
The Orient Mako and Ray and Seiko SKX007 are great 200m divers, while the Seiko SNZF and SNZH are great faux-divers with 100m water resistance and attractive designs.
orient, seiko and casio make solid products. I don't own a watch less $120 so I can't speak to your price range. But if I were you I would save a little more and get a watch I really want rather than settle. If you aren't buying a quarts and I were you I would probably save for this
What about the Bambino? Black dial - Version 2 white dial
And here's my version 2 wedding watch (cream dial).
How about this Orient Bambino? Sort of reminds me of the Tissot Visodate, but a fraction of the price.

Yes, I was also looking at this Bambino. I like the silver style without much else going on since it could go with almost anything.
This Orient Union tics off many of your requirements.
The Orient Bambino would be worth a look at, but sits just above your price range at around $180 on amazon
