Haha. It's really delicious and comes out to about $10 for a week's worth of lunches and dinners.

• 3lb (or 5lb, if you're feeling fancy) bag of frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts - ~$6.50
  
• 1 (I put 2) jar of mango & habanero salsa.
  
  I typically just throw the chicken breasts into the crockput still frozen when I go to bed. Cook on low for 8 hours. When I want to add some bulk to the recipe, I sometimes add a cup of dry brown rice to the mix when it has about an hour left, and it comes out perfectly! Shred it up with two forks and you have some delicious taco filler. I usually just eat it by itself.
