i feel like this picture would look a bit better when its dark and the lights have a lot to flourish with. there are a few things you could do here that i think would be cool. you could get a monitor mount to make it look nicer and adjust it the way you want but thats super nitpicky. there are also boxes that you can put the cables into

I would recommend a headset hook or something you can clip/mount onto the right side of your desk. I use this one at my work, it's pretty convenient and not too expensive. And maybe an ultra wide mousepad so you can better center your keyboard. mouse, and monitor?
I’d probably get a stand and modify it.

That one is kind of cool, and has a cord clip built in. If you have a place to mount it could work well right out of the box for your needs.
