You should try a small magnetic parts tray. I swear by the one I've got, like 2" by 6" keep it in my pouch or back pocket if I'm not wearing my tool belt.
That size and shape is money when you're working on a lift cause it sits nicely on the top railing as you're doing your thing.
Are you an electrician? your tool belt looks too worn for the average home gamer.
