I make liquid solutions. So much easier than capping.
For something with such small doses like letro I would just dissolve it in Everclear or Bacardi 151.
Put it in a calibrated dropper bottle like this from Amazon (there are different sizes and colors and such) and you're good to go.
The 4 oz ones hold a little over 100 ml and the 2 oz ones will hold a little over 50 ml.
