This calming spray I had good luck with. And mine like sticking through trash cans too we just have to empty them in to bigger ones that are hidden or put them up high they canβt reach. Also for the counter I would take him off say no and off, we just did it every time mine got up. After a couple weeks of doing that constantly for him he stopped. As for the sinks we just keep bathroom doors closed and spray this spray on anything to make them not want to scratch and in the air can help them not be super crazy even after a lot of playtime.
