Amazon, renewed (there version of Refurbished), is like 130 bucks for the starter kit, that comes with 4 bulbs, and the hub. And the bulds are White / RGB. And if you have a PC that uses ASUS Aura, or MSI Mystic, once you install the software for Hue/Aura/Mystic, it will sync you PCs lighting and the Hue system all together.
Also later on you can get the light strips for around 40 - 50 as well to expand it.
