Yea, so my full workout schedule looks something like this:

MTTF - Lift/Short Sprints/Approaches (2 workouts. Lift AM, Run PM)
Wednesday is Plyos
Saturday is active rest (Go play volleyball or something)

For Plyos I focus on Bounding. Single leg, double leg, that sort of stuff.

Some Plyo books: 1, 2, 3

Mobility and Core Work are everyday items. Mobility is in both my lifting and track/hj warmups as well as being a third "workout".

For core work I usually do Pilates like this and for mobility work this covers a lot of it. My warmups include dynamic stretching (leg swings, skipping, fire hydrants, etc).

For sprints I never go more than 200m for a "long sprint" workout with 1-2x rest depending. Usually a 1600m max for a cumulative workout, so 10x100m or 8x200m would be a workout.

Cliff Rovelto (Kynard's coach) has a video that includes some good drills.

Amy Acuff also has one

There are other instructionals too from other coaches.
