Pour a small amount of alcohol into it and shake it back and forth. You'll need to plug or cover the ends so it doesn't just spill out. Keep it clean using a lab test tube brush or similar in future. Or actual pipe cleaners - which are called pipe cleaners because they're intended to be used to clean a pipe (as in tobacco pipes).
