That being said, ih8mud is a much better place for these questions. It's much more active.
Right.... here's a few tips then
-Get a blacklight.
Most "dayglow" discs will glow like the sun when you point a blacklight at them. This doesn't help to see them in flight, bit it makes LOADS of difference when you're searching for them.
This is the one I have, and I can't reccomend it enough it focuses out so damn far. You can glow a disc up from 50+ feet with it. It's also very cheap.

-Simplify your bag for night rounds. I rarely even use a distance driver in those rounds, as they can get so far off course that you will inevitably lose them. Stick with a straight fairway driver in a day glow (or glow) color. Some colors pop in the dark, glow or not. Just pare down your bag to a minimal amount of stuff to lose. (I use between 2 and 4 discs usually)
-Work on getting a couple of night only discs. (For this you will thank me later)
-You can never have enough flashlights
