Amazon US has a preorder for the UK doublepack w/steelbook. With international shipping costs it's actually less than the US doublepack with Prime. The only drawback is that you will not have them on release day.

Should be the same as the regular double pack? $120 or whatever the price is in the region. It is available in Amazon UK.
