Even though i can afford it, i rarely buy coffee at coffee shops any more. it’s expensive and it adds up amazingly. $3 a day x 5 days a week x 4 weeks = $60 a month. Maybe get one of these, a reasonably priced product. You can use any kind of coffee in it that you want . https://www.amazon.com/Primula-Espresso-Stainless-Stay-Cool-Stovetops/dp/B00263JWD0/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1473618294&sr=8-5&keywords=stainless+steel+espresso+maker

I've been looking at moka pots recently as well, and that stainless steel Primula is what I would buy. From what I've read, stainless produces a cleaner, less metallic taste than the traditional aluminum pots.
You should check out Bialetti, the most famous moka pot manufacturer. They have every type ranging from traditional aluminum, stainless steel, 'brikka' model for higher pressure, 'crem' model with a plunger for frothing, even electric models.
I've heard good things about the Krups, but it's too pricey for my blood. The Blue Bottle one looks nice but the long cork handle seems awkward.
If I could buy any moka pot, it would be a Bialetti 6956 Musa 6-cup.
