My home routine is fairly easy and goes something like this...

Hot baths or foot soaks with Epsom salts (Dr Teal’s brand makes some yummy scented ones like green tea, sea kelp, or pink Himalayan salt).

After soaking for at least 15 minutes I use a Mr. Pumice brand purple pumice bar on the sides and bottoms of my feet (extra scrubbing on all the rough spots on heels and toes). Rinse off any specks that break off from the pumice bar.

I use a stainless steel cuticle pusher to gently push back my cuticles and clean under my toenails. Then I clip my toenails and dry my feet off.

Last step is CeraVe brand salicylic acid foot cream. I apply a lot to the bottoms and sides of my feet and sleep in socks.

For the nail polish staining, try applying a thin layer of hydrogen peroxide to your toenails with a cotton ball and let it dry. And going forward, always use a base coat before applying color to prevent staining.
