The Enermax case linked elsewhere was a nice case but it's at least 5-7 years old, there are reviews from 2012. That's why it has all those 5.25 in bays.
Painting the case can be done and done to look as good as a professional job. It is not easy or quick though. Here's a nice overview: Case Painting
