They work OK if your bra straps are long enough. They are nice because you can put them exactly where you need them. Sometimes j-hooks are too high up for me.

I saw them at Target yesterday too.
If you use one of these on the front and another on the back, you can wear a regular bra. Just make sure the band is firm and supportive and you loosen up the straps before clipping.
