Here's a hybrid of the two, it only covers the windows and top of the car. From what I've googled, it might be worth checking out.

Otherwise, ceramic tints all the way! They block like 99% of UV and heat from the sun.
I change my parking throughout the day so I stay in the shade and reduce UV and heat damage in the summer. I park in the back of the building during the morning where I get the shade there, and then during lunch I park it directly under a tree, and then around 3-4 I park it in the front of the building which then blocks the sun as it starts to set. So I try to keep my car coolest throughout the day if I can.
